I know I said I would post more yesterday, but I was too busy COMING HOME. Slightly more than 24 hours after coming out of sugery my surgeon decided I was doing well enough to come home! Two to four days, my ass! Anyway, percocet is my friend and I'm doing really well. The pathology reports confirmed that everything was benign, so that's a huge relief.
Apparently I have an insane tolerance for pain, as at least one of the cysts had ruptured prior to surgery, which should have landed me in the ER. The endo was rampant, and my surgeon called in an oncology dude to help him get it all out. We're probably going to have to move on to IVF as soon as possible, as all this will continue to come back as long as I have girly parts. Honestly, my surgeon told my husband that if a gyno had performed this as opposed to an RE, he would have ripped everything out. Needless to say I'm super glad I didn't have my gyno do the surgery!
Okay, this has been a lot of one-finger typing on my iPod. I may have to try the big girl computer tomorrow.

incredibly happy that all the results came back benign. and i agree with Shan - the mental image of your one-finger-typing on your iPod is hilarious. rest up chickadee...we need you on TF
